Damond Pond  (PRIVATE)

Last Updated: 1/2016
There is no official surveys done by the state.  The camp reports no stocking of any kind but record perch and pickerel have been reported.
Chesterfield lacks natural freshwater bodies. Both Damon and Stout ponds were created with the development of local industrial operations. The settlement had a modest industrial component: Joseph Burrel established a grist and sawmil complex at the southern end of Damon Pond in the early 1760s.
